Talent Acquisition Specialist

We're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to support the recruitment activities for our European organization. You will be responsible for identifying and recruiting top talent across a variety of positions. We are looking for a colleague who is passionate about making a difference, supporting the business by finding the right talent for the right role.
After your morning coffee you will:
- be managing the recruitment for our European organization for the different divisions and functions (UK, Germany, Spain, Greece, Italy, etc.)
- take full responsibility for the recruitment process for our different business groups including sourcing, screening, candidate management and collaboration with stakeholders
- partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop recruitment strategies that align with our values of sustainability and diversity
- source and identify top talent through various channels, including job boards and social media
- help developing sourcing programs and build talent pools in order to continuously respond to the needs of the business in a proactive and creative manner
- coach your candidates throughout their entire candidate journey – from (active) recruitment, to pre-screening, during the interviews and right through to the end of the process
- conduct interviews, assess experience, competencies & value fit
- play a critical role in promoting the company brand in view of hiring the best possible talents
- collaborate with other members of the talent acquisition team from other locations to develop and implement best practices and improve our recruitment processes.
Join us if you:
- have a Bachelor or Master’s degree in human sciences, communication, HR, psychology or other or equivalent experience
- have at least 5 years of experience in recruitment and selection preferably in in-house recruitment, shared service environment or in recruitment agencies
- are result driven and able to act proactively, creatively while maintaining an excellent customer focus
- are passionate in delivering the best candidate experience
- are organized with ability to set priorities and handle set backs
- have a critical and analytical mindset with excellent listening skills
- are a team player with very strong interpersonal skills and enjoy networking
- have an experience with Successfactors other ATS systems is a plus
- have an excellent communication skills in English, German will be a huge plus
