Field Service Technician

Agfa Graphics Offset division is looking for a Field Service Engineer to join their team. You will be reasonable for performing technical service and support day-to day business on Agfa GS and 3rd party products to customers and internal staff.

Responsibilities, but not limited to the following:

• You will be responsible for system installation, repair and upgrading new products.
• Accountability for system acceptance
• Maintain service level agreements, repair, and respond to clients based on service agreements in a professional manner. 
• Ensure technical knowledge transfer to Agfa organization
• Maintain processes, procedures, and best practices.
• Provide a high level of customer satisfaction on project implementation and issue handling
• Continues to stay up to date on latest Agfa GS products & solutions
• Handle incoming client call and respond to them accountancy.

Education:

• Electrical / Electronic Engineer with very good IT background

Experience:

• Experience in Prepress equipment and networks is a must

Specific skills:

• In-depth knowledge of electronics
• Advanced computer skills
• Willingness to travel frequently (domestic and international) and to work beyond office hours
• Analytic and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Fluency in English, written and spoken, is mandatory
