At this moment, Offset Solutions is looking for a Corporate Consolidation Manager
As Corporate Consolidation Manager:
- You coordinate the financial consolidation processes of the +40 entities world-wide of Offset Solutions from start to finish, ensuring deadlines are met and information is accurate and complete. This includes:
- developing and implementing monthly closing processes, consolidation policies and procedures
- identifying and resolving issues or discrepancies in the financial data reported by our entities
- intercompany reconciliations and confirmations, applying consolidation postings, …
- You generate consolidated financial statements, reports, and analyses for the Offset Management and the corporate team at the level of the company’s shareholder
- You help maintain and implement the company’s accounting manuals and procedures (IFRS) and support the legal entity teams with guidance, aimed at the correct and consistent application of accounting manuals across all entities in the company
- You act as point of contact for the auditors
- You represent Finance in various projects. In this context, it is important to keep up-to-date on evolutions in the organization’s structure and areas of activity.
In your role, you will report to the Corporate Consolidation Manager, and work closely together within a team of finance professionals at HQ (in Mortsel, Belgium) and in the various regions.
Profile
- You hold a master’s degree in business administration or Finance
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a financial consolidation role, preferably in an international environment
- You are familiar with the theory and practice of preparing a consolidated balance sheet, income statement and cash flow statement, in accordance with IFRS.
- You have a strong knowledge of Excel and other MS Office modules.
- Knowledge of consolidation software (preferably Tagetik) is important.
- Fluent in English
