Service Back Office - Graphics

The Service Back Office Analyst will be responsible for:


·    Primary contact and provide support to customers (Service Desk)

·    Lead AGFA’s Call Center

·Schedule Field Engineers agenda.

·    Service call Administration in SAP

·    Identify customer’s needs in order to increase our services provided.

·    Identify spares required for on site visits.

·    Updated in AGFA Technologies. Share new information to the group


To be successful in the position, you will need:

·          Degree: Engineer in electronics - Industrial Engineering- computer science or similar

·          5 years in Technology industry, desirable experience coordinating team works

·          Advanced English

·          Analytic, Negotiating skills, technical knowledge, Teamwork, Business Sense, Planning and Execution, generate and maintain relationship with internal and external Customers, Proactive, and Creative.

·            IT Knowledge
