The FSE is responsible for:

• Provide remote support to inkjet equipment and software.
• Installation of inkjet equipment and software
• Give a very complete and detailed operator training to customers.
• Provide on-site service and support to inkjet equipment and software
• Provide preventive maintenance to Agfa equipment
• Minimizes equipment/system downtime.
• Register all the interventions in service reports and on time.
• Keep updated with online information and technical notes.
• Support customers, mainly in Mexico City area, but also in all the country.

To be successful in the position, you will need:

• Engineer in electronics, mechatronic or similar
• At least 2 years of experience in Technology industry (electric, electronics and mechanical repairs)
• Desirable experience supporting Wide Format Printers.
• Desirable experience in computer science, operating systems, networks, IT.
• Advanced English
• Ability to work under pressure.        
• Time management, organization, prioritization and follow-up skills.
• Customer service skills. Need to be very customer focused.
• Strong communications skills, written and spoken.
• Proactive, goal oriented, rapidly adapt and respond to changes in environment and priorities.
