This position will be responsible for:

 

  • Support AGFA software
  • Needs both technical and social skills to deal with customers at all levels.
  • System clean installations.
  • Minimizes systems downtime.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Well acquainted with Computer Systems (Servers, OS, and Nets).
  • Responsible for taking calls from customer, register and solve these calls.

 

To be successful in this position, you will need:

Technical Skills:

  • Ability to work under pressure, while appropriately managing customer concerns / escalations / expectations.
  • Prior experience in Systems (Hardware and Software).
  • Time management, organization, prioritization and follow-up skills.
  • Strong communications skills, both written and spoken.
  • Team work and communication.
  • Desirable experience supporting Servers, OS (Operating Systems), Nets.

    Desirable experience in IT

  • English written and spoken (advanced).

 

  • Soft Skills:
    • Need to be very customer focused.
    • Customer service skills, including the demonstrated ability to work constructively with both internal and external client groups.
    • The ideal candidate will also have experience with graphic arts.
    • Excellent communications skills and customer service.
    • Work under pressure, proactive, goal oriented, rapidly adapt and respond to changes in environment and priorities. Desirable previous experience in Graphics Arts.
