Customer Care Center Executive Offset

The Customer Care Center Executive will be responsible for:

  • Customer order intake and follow up
  • Develops and maintains understanding of all products, systems, services, processes within the area of responsibility
  • Serves as contact for customers and sales to assure responsiveness (order and delivery related info)
  • Researches and obtains resolution of a variety of customer complaints and issues
  • Proactively checks required credit approvals (to be obtained from credit department) and acts within established guidelines


To be successful in this position you will need:

  • Studies in Business Administration, Marketing or Similar
  • Minimum 2 years working in Customer Service
  • English Advanced to Intermediate level
  • Excel Advanced to Intermediate user
  • Good communication and relationship management skills, customer focus.
