Sales Manager – Healthcare IT (UAE)
Role Summary
Senior commercial role responsible for driving partner‑led growth in the UAE healthcare IT market, with full ownership of channel performance, forecasting, business planning, and cash collection. Acts as a trusted executive interface to key partners and, when required, directly manages strategic healthcare accounts.
Key Accountabilities
- Define and execute UAE channel strategy across distributors, resellers, and system integrators
- Build and manage a robust sales funnel; own accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts
- Prepare and execute annual and multi annual business plans aligned with revenue, margin, and cash objectives
- Ensure strict credit control and timely collections in collaboration with finance and partners
- Directly engage and manage strategic key healthcare accounts when required to secure or accelerate deals
- Drive partner performance through governance, enablement, and executive‑level engagement
Experience & Profile
- Senior healthcare IT sales, preferably PACS / RIS or channel leader with strong UAE market knowledge
- Proven record in partner management, forecasting, and business planning
- Solid commercial and financial acumen, including credit and collections responsibility
- Executive‑level communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
