Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our team on a fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave, expected to last approximately 12 months.

In this role, you will support recruitment activities across our European organization. You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for a wide range of positions. We are looking for someone who is passionate about recruitment and eager to make a real impact by helping the business find the right people for the right roles.

 

Location: Warsaw

 

What You'll Do:

  • Manage recruitment for various divisions and functions across Europe (UK, Germany, Spain, Greece, Italy, etc.)
  • Take full ownership of the recruitment process: sourcing, screening, candidate management, and stakeholder collaboration
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies aligned with our values
  • Source top talent through multiple channels, including job boards and social media
  • Guide candidates through the entire journey of the process
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates for experience, competencies, and cultural fit
  • Act as an ambassador for our employer brand to attract the best talent
  • Collaborate with global TA colleagues to share best practices and continuously improve our processes

 

Who You Are:

  • Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, psychology, communications, or a related field — or have equivalent experience
  • Bring 3–5 years of experience in recruitment (in-house, shared services, or agency)
  • Are results-driven, proactive, and creative, with a strong customer focus
  • Are passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate experience
  • Are organized, resilient, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Have strong analytical thinking and excellent listening skills
  • Are a team player who enjoys networking and building relationships
  • Communicate fluently in English
