Position Overview
The Operational Procurement Analyst is responsible for the daily processing of purchasing orders with a strong focus on the use of the correct purchase to pay (PTP) processes.
He/she uses his/her technical expertise of the various PTP systems and tools and continuously look at the current processes with the intention of optimizing them and thus allowing the team to function as efficiently as possible.

What You'll Do:
- Manage and optimize purchase orders in line with PTP processes, including communication with internal stakeholders and suppliers
- Ensure vendor optimization by selecting the right suppliers, negotiating conditions, and following the correct procurement flow
- Contribute to purchasing targets by tracking savings, cost avoidance, and improvements in payment terms
- Identify and implement improvements in PTP processes and support procurement-related projects when needed
What you offer us:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration (or equivalent through relevant experience)
- Min. 3 years of experience in an international environment
- Good level of English
- Knowledge and insight in purchase to pay activities
- Knowledge of the different SAP modules and tools related to purchase to pay is a plus
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Process oriented and a good knowledge of end-to-end processes of a company
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Data oriented, organised, and accurate
- Creative in finding solutions and able to think ‘out of the box'
