The Operational Procurement Analyst is responsible for the daily processing of purchasing orders with a strong focus on the use of the correct purchase to pay (PTP) processes.

He/she uses his/her technical expertise of the various PTP systems and tools and continuously look at the current processes with the intention of optimizing them and thus allowing the team to function as efficiently as possible.


Main responsibilities:

  • Registering and checking purchase orders according to the PTP processes
  • Vendor Optimization
  • Purchasing target contribution
  • Propose and implement PTP process improvements


What you offer us:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration (or equivalent through relevant experience)
  • Min. 1 year of experience in an international environment
  • Good level of English
  • Knowledge and insight in purchase to pay activities
  • Knowledge of the different SAP modules and tools related to purchase to pay is a plus
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Process oriented and a good knowledge of end-to-end processes of a company
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Data oriented, organised, and accurate
  • Creative in finding solutions and able to think ‘out of the box'
