Position Overview:

Customer Operations are as core to our client services as the products themselves. As a member of our ESSC Logistics Operations you are responsible for managing and supporting activities related to central & local transports and warehouses. In this role you will be handling Worldwide transport complaints and claims as well as dealing with warehouse returns administration. In this role you are interacting with third-party suppliers, Agfa HQ, other teams in ESSC and our clients.

What You'll Do:

  • Process complaints and claims in SAP on a global scale
  • Collaborate with transport providers and warehouses
  • Determine and implement appropriate actions regarding complaints and claims
  • Liaise with other AGFA teams and customers to agree on required actions and solutions
  • Administer warehouse returns
  • Handle internal inquiries regarding logistics status and shipments
  • Monitor and control transport costs
  • Support other logistics-related activities as required

 

Who You Are:

  • Fluent in English
  • Proficiency in another European language is an asset
  • Experienced in logistics or transport operations
  • Knowledgeable in SAP (an asset)
  • Highly organized with excellent planning skills
  • Decisive and confident in decision-making
  • A strong communicator and a true team player
  • Accurate, detail-oriented, and diligent in follow-up and tracking activities
  • Accountable for processes, collaboration, and results
