Position Overview:

Customer operations are as core to our client services as the products themselves. As a member of our Customer Operations team you will be responsible for administrative processes and master data related to service contracts in a team that is responsible for both contract management and equipment orders. In this role you will also receive, record, and process service contracts, and stay in contact with our customers. An Equipment & Service Contracts Coordination specialist interacts with the sales, service & the finance team, our clients and the third-party vendors. You'll be challenged to manage the administrative support for the customer operation business.

What You'll Do:

  • Prepare, record, process and follow up service contract agreements
  • Receive, record, process and follow up customer equipment orders
  • Manage customer enquiries concerning product availability, deliveries, forecast, invoicing, and returns
  • Follow-up on supply issues; align internally and keep customers informed
  • Organise/request urgent transport when needed
  • Work closely with local and country ESSC team and also HQ interaction

 

Who You Are:

  • You are fluent in Italian and have a good command of English
  • Fluency in French is an additional asset
  • You possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as a team player
  • You demonstrate accuracy and a strong ability to follow up and track tasks
  • You have a passion for numbers and data collection
  • You take a proactive, hands-on approach to your work
  • You are comfortable using Excel; proficiency with SAP is a plus
  • Previous experience in customer operations is an asset
