We are looking for a highly skilled Senior SAP Consultant with deep expertise in Materials Management (MM), Procurement (P2P), and Manufacturing (PP/Production) to join our internal ICS organization. In this in-house role, you will play a key part in shaping our future Supply Chain & Operations system landscape.
As Agfa continues its multi‑year S/4HANA transformation journey, you will mainly focus (70–80%) on rolling out our global S/4HANA Public Cloud template across the organization. The remaining 20–30% of your time will be dedicated to driving initiatives that further automate, simplify, and modernize our Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory and Manufacturing processes.
You will closely collaborate with business stakeholders across Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement & Manufacturing and with IT partners and external implementation teams.
About You:
You are an experienced SAP MM/PP/P2P consultant with strong functional knowledge of end‑to‑end Supply Chain and Manufacturing processes in an international environment. You understand the challenges of global template design, cloud standardization, and process harmonization.
You are proactive, structured, and solution-driven. You communicate clearly in English, and you work effectively with cross-functional teams. You are eager to contribute to a long-term digital transformation within a stable, globally recognized company.
What You'll Do (Duties & Resposnibilities):
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and optimize S/4HANA Public Cloud MM, Procurement, and PP functionalities, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and cloud standardization principles.
- Collaborate with global Supply Chain, Procurement, and Manufacturing teams to translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
- Maintain and evolve the global template for MM, Procurement, Inventory Management, MRP, Production Planning, Shop Floor Execution, and related processes.
- Guide integrations and deployment activities with external implementation partners.
- Support the modernization of Agfa’s Supply Chain & Operations system landscape with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
- Ensure adherence to the “stick to standard” cloud principle while enabling process efficiency and harmonization.
- Support key operational cycles such as MRP runs, inventory checks, procurement cycles, and production booking processes.
- Monitor S/4HANA innovations and advise business leadership on optimization opportunities.
What You'll Bring (Experience & Qualifications):
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP MM and/or PP consulting in multinational organizations.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, with at least one full lifecycle implementation; Public Cloud experience is a strong advantage.
- Deep knowledge of end-to-end Procure-to-Pay, Inventory Management, Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Production Planning & Execution, and Shop Floor processes.
- Experience with integrations to SD, FI/CO, QM, PM, and external logistics or manufacturing systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a structured approach.
- Professional communication skills in English.
- SAP MM, PP, or S/4HANA Cloud certifications are considered an asset.
