Project Specialist

Coordinates the implementation of a defined, short-term project or sub-set of projects. The Project Manager will oversee quality control throughout the project’s life cycle, ensuring visibility and transparency into project progress and all aspects to ensure the desired result is achieved and the stakeholders involved are satisfied.

What You'll Do:

• Supports the project team by monitoring project progress according to agreed scope.
• Set-up project schedule (e.g. activities, resources) and implementation strategy.
• Managing progress and coordinate internal resources and third parties according to budget limitations.
• Maintaining and developing a strong customer relationship and negotiating changes of the project scope with costumers
• Meet quality requirements according to the Agfa Quality Management Systems with the client satisfaction in mind. 
• Organize handover from sales to implementation service and from implementation service to support.

Who You Are (Qualifications):

• 2 - 4 years Project Management experience, preferably within the HealthCare industry.
• Coordinates the implementation of a defined, short-term project or sub-set of projects (less than one year) within set organizational procedures and standards.
• Responsible for meeting sub-set objectives within quality, time, and budget targets, and for managing associated risks.
• Manage smooth project run by close monitoring of resources, customer, and 3rd parties.
• Able to negotiate and communicate with different stakeholders in case project scope changes.
• Manage multiple projects, sites and/or customers same simultaneously.
