We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will drive business growth by delivering tailored, high-quality digital printing solutions, large-format graphics, and custom packaging designs to a diverse B2B clientele.
As a Sales Consultant, you will focus on new business acquisition and strategic account management. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients in retail, events, manufacturing, and consumer goods—helping them bring their branding and packaging concepts to life using our cutting-edge digital print technologies.

What You'll Do:
- Drive Business Development: Identify, prospect, and secure new B2B accounts through targeted outreach, networking, and consultative pitching.
- Provide Consultative Solutions: Analyze client requirements to recommend optimal print substrates, structural packaging designs, and wide-format materials.
- Manage Key Accounts: Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients, identifying opportunities to upsell seasonal campaigns and new product lines.
- Coordinate Cross-Functionally: Collaborate closely with internal graphic design, structural engineering, and production teams to ensure project feasibility, color accuracy, and on-time delivery.
- Manage the Sales Pipeline: Prepare detailed custom quotes, negotiate contracts, and track all sales activities and forecasts within our CRM system.
Who You Are:
- Industry Experience: 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience specifically within the commercial print, large-format graphics, or packaging industries.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital print production processes, wide-format media, structural packaging components, and finishing techniques (e.g., die-cutting, laminating).
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Tools: Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
