We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Sales Analyst to join our dynamic Sales team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes by providing comprehensive back-office support to sales representatives, pre-sales consultants, and sales management.

What You'll Do:

 

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team.
  • Perform routine sales back-office tasks including order and delivery management, invoicing, and database updates.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of our product and service portfolio.
  • Deliver excellent customer care via phone, building strong relationships and understanding client needs.
  • Ensure all system actions are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support business objectives.

 

Who You Are:

 

  • Education: bachelor’s degree in business or a related field (preferred: professional education in business economics).
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in a sales support or administrative role (preferred: 5+ years).
  • Strong knowledge of internal processes and legal requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
