What: customer care center which handles all customer orders in SAP (creating orders, deliveries, and invoices)

How: using the SAP sales module as well as continuous contact with the commercial team, logistics, and credit team

Why: key function for goods flow to and from customers.

 

Job Duties & Accountabilities:

 

  • Sales order entry, create deliveries,
  • Check customer backorders and release customer order entries from the internet.
  • Communicate with customers all related to its order and delivery.
  • Check order credit and communicate with the credit team to release.
  • Create credit notes, rebates, and special order types.
  • Create new customer codes.

 

Education:

 

  • Need to have a college degree or studying.
  • SAP knowledge in the sales module.

 

Experience:

 

  • Minimum 6 months with SAP sales module, basic knowledge of sales activity.

 

Specific skills:

  • Working under pressure
  • Good communication and human relations
  • Versatility to handle customer complaints by phone and e-mail
  • Portuguese grammatical skills.
