AGFA is dedicated to enhancing of our reporting and analytics landscape to ensure the best business reporting and analytics experience but also be ready for AI evolution. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Insights Lead to drive design, delivery, and adoption of data and analytics solutions across our international organization. The role combines hands-on analytics work with coordination and guidance across teams to ensure reliable, well‑governed insights from systems like SAP ERP/BW, MS Azure, MS Dynamics, SNOW, and other enterprise data sources.

In this role 40% of your time, you will architecture and drive Data Insights future of AGFA, whilst the remaining 40% you will be hands-on to perform data modelling and platform works and 20% to provide Data Insights initiatives governance to business teams and IT partners.

What You'll Be Doing (Duties & Responsibilities):

• Drive modernization of AGFA Data & Reporting landscape by creation of roadmaps and improvement initiatives.
• Lead the delivery of data and reporting solutions for business units and functional teams. Translate business requirements into data models, datasets, and Power BI reports.
• Design and maintain data models and semantic layers suitable for enterprise reporting.
• Work hands-on with: Azure (Data Factory, Data Lake, Azure SQL, Synapse where applicable), Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, OneLake, Warehousing), and Power BI (datasets, reports, performance optimization.
• Support integration of SAP and Non-SAP data into analytics platforms
• Apply established data governance and data quality standards in day-to-day work.
• Act as a point of contact between business users, data engineers, and IT teams.
• Run IT-business governance meetings for Data Insight & Analytics.
• Stay updated with the latest Data Insight & Analytics features and enhancements to provide innovative solutions.

What You'll Bring (Qualifications & Experience):

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with Data Leads and IT teams.
• Very good English, both written and verbal. Excellent presentation skills.
• 10+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, or data engineering roles.
• Solid understanding of data modeling concepts and reporting design.
• Experience working with enterprise data in a structured business environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze complex business requirements and design effective solutions.
• Experience with SAP data (S/4HANA, ECC, BW, or SAP extracts).
• Microsoft analytics stack: Azure data services (Data Factory, Data Lake, Azure SQL or Synapse), Microsoft Fabric (or strong interest in adopting it), and Power BI (reporting, DAX basics, datasets, governance concepts).
• Exposure to cloud platforms: Azure required; AWS experience a plus.
