Total Rewards Manager

As Total Rewards Manager you will lead global projects in the areas of rewards, compensation & benefits, the optimization and redesign of policies and processes. 
You will support the further improvement of employee salary structures and benefit programs by providing financial, market and legal insights as well as analysis of existing programs in the different divisions worldwide. 
You will be responsible to develop and implement our initiatives in line with our company values, strategy and the new market trends, in order to raise internal retention and attractiveness for new talents thanks to a competitive and innovative salary system.


Responsibilities

 

•    Your will lead our strategic projects around strategic remuneration, reward strategy, job design, job classification, performance management, competency management, career management and compensation & benefits policy
o    You will partner with the business to build a deep understanding of job duties for evaluation of pay level, market benchmarks and internal equity to influence pay decisions on offers, pay adjustments, promotions
o    You will develop, evaluate and adapt our salary and bonus systems, in line with our strategic plan and the needs of our current and future employees
o    You will conduct salary enquiries (internal and external benchmarks) and propose new elements where needed
•    You will document Comp & Ben and Reward processes and procedures
•    You will monitor, analyze and communicate HR Data, proactively recommend enhancements which are consistent with best practice trends and business objectives
•    You will build and develop education and communication strategies with appropriate stakeholders to increase employee engagement
•    You report to the Global Head of Compensation & Benefits


Qualifications


•    University degree or equivalent experience required.
•    Minimum of 8 years’ experience in leading complex international compensation & benefits projects in industry environment and in management consulting 
•    Proven track record of leading projects in the field of reward management, benchmarks, job design, job grading, job classification, performance management, etc.
•    Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills and project management skills
•    Ability to handle multiple priorities and work independently and proactively
•    You are a team player and you are able to think out of your own HR domains as sparring partner for you HR colleagues
•    You have a strong “can do” mentality, you passionately want to make a difference for our company
•    Strong written and oral communication and interaction skills are required
•    Fluent in Dutch and English
