We are looking for a talented and driven Senior Manufacturing Controller to join our team as a strategic finance business partner. In this role, you will act as a co-pilot to both the manufacturing and divisional management teams, helping to align operations with the fast-paced and continuously evolving demands of the business.

With a strong focus on data analysis, cost transparency, and continuous improvement, this position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about turning financial data into actionable insights.


 

Your Responsibilities

  • Own and lead recurring FP&A processes such as forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning, as well as ad hoc management reporting.
  • Continuously assess and improve FP&A processes, balancing standardization with tailored solutions, and leveraging analytics to uncover trends, strengths, and opportunities.
  • Optimize product costing methodologies, ensuring they realistically and transparently reflect operational performance.
  • Support the development of business cases for investment proposals, production scenarios, and other strategic decisions.
  • Conduct monthly analyses of manufacturing variances, KPI performance, and stock evolution across production stages.
  • Provide clear and actionable insights based on cost price developments and operational data.

 

Your Profile

  • Master’s degree in Economics, Business Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience as a manufacturing controller in a complex manufacturing environment with a diverse product portfolio.
  • Strong ability to translate financial figures into clear summaries and compelling business cases, in close collaboration with manufacturing and business teams.
  • Solid working knowledge of SAP FI/CO, cost accounting, project accounting, and budgeting methodologies.
  • Experience with Power BI is a plus.
  • A proactive self-starter who thrives in flexible, collaborative teams.
  • Methodical and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and accountability.
  • A flexible mindset and a passion for continuous learning.
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—adaptable to various audiences.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written, Dutch knowledge is a plus.
