Junior Sales Manager, Film & Chemicals

Location: Mortsel, Belgium (hybrid)
Reporting to: Commercial Manager Americas & EMEA

Are you an ambitious commercial talent with an interest in technical products and international business? At Agfa Film & Chemicals, we serve customers across the electronics, industrial, and printing sectors with a diverse portfolio of specialty materials, including conductive polymers, PCB films and inks, PET films, specialty chemicals, and synthetic paper solutions.
As a Junior Sales Manager, you will help grow our business by identifying new opportunities, supporting existing customers, and working closely with distributors and cross-functional teams.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities.
• Manage sales opportunities from lead to order.
• Grow relationships with distributors, customers and end-users.
• Maintain CRM data and ensure timely follow-up.
• Translate customer needs into commercial solutions.
• Work closely with Supply Chain, Product Management, Marketing, Production and R&D.
• Monitor market trends and competitive activity.

Your Profile

• Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or similar.
• 0-3 years of commercial experience; talented graduates are welcome.
• Interest in technical products and industrial markets.
• Commercially driven, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organized and comfortable with sales administration.
• Able to work independently and take ownership.
• Fluent in English;  Dutch, French and/or German is a plus.
• Willing to travel up to 20-30%.
