Corporate Tax Manager
The Corporate Tax department is included in the broader Corporate Finance department and is responsible for the worldwide tax strategy, tax risk management, and the transfer pricing policy.
Within the Corporate Tax department, we are looking for a Corporate Tax Manager in order to support and advise the divisions and business groups.

Essential Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of Tax, you will have the following responsibilities:
Pillar 2
Responsible for Pillar 2 (analysis, follow-up implementation, notifications, QDMTT, forecasting, planning, …).
Tax Planning
Supporting corporate restructuring & acquisition structuring (design, analyze and review transaction structures) and participate in the subsequent business integration to achieve optimal result.
Tax management
Supervise external tax advisors worldwide
Oversee quarterly tax reporting process
Coordinate and lead tax audits
Management of R&D incentives
Business support
Tax technical & transactional advice/support in an international context
Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for a proactive professional with:
- 5-8 years of experience in a Big Four firm or equivalent
- Master’s degree in Law, Economics, Finance, or Accounting
- In-depth knowledge of Belgian and international corporate tax, including Pillar 2
- Knowledge or (eagerness to learn) of IFRS (IAS12)
- Strong analytical skills and a critical mindset
- Excellent communication and project management abilities
- Technology savvy is a major plus (loctax, alteryx, tagetik, …)
