The Product Demonstration Manager is responsible for planning, organizing and executing the Sales Support activities in terms of demo’s and mail orders and for managing professional demonstrations to customers in Mississauga Local Competence Center and at local exhibitions, in a one language approach with the Application department in HQ Mortsel.
You will be responsible for planning activities in Demo room and manage equipment while making sure standards in inkjet experience center are top notch.

What You'll Do:
- Plans and executes the demo and mail-order requests via the HQ booking tool and takes care of the status communication with the local Sales team in order to guarantee a maximum sales support service.
- Applies application procedures and processes in alignment with HQ Mortsel in order to talk the same application language in HQ/Mississauga
- Collaboration with sales/marketing to defines demo scripts and the layout of the sales sample kits in cooperation with the HQ worldwide demo center
- Gives professional demonstrations in the Mississauga Competence Center and at worldwide Exhibitions
- Samples request form, prints mail-orders and sales sample kits, validates the print quality prior to customer shipment, package and make ready for shipment
- Give/Plan sales and application trainings in order to share product information and to train the world wide inkjet system specialists and the sales force
- Use the demo sign off process in order to provide a signed reference of the system quality to the customer
- Order media/inks, accessories, refreshments and give requirements of demo room to line manager
- Treat the customers in a very professional way, deliver maximum quality and manage every (difficult) customer situation
- Gather the customer/sales remarks during the demonstrations and report it back into the different project teams
- Co-ordinate with external vendors like Esko etc to manage things in demo room
- Plan service activities in Demo room to keep machines in top form and plan break/fixes.
- With approval of line manager accept marketing activities which are linked to promotion of sales only
Who You Are:
- Bachelor degree in Graphic Arts, Electro mechanics, engineering or equal by experience
- Experience in Inkjet Printing Systems and Applications
- Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written (Fluent English communication skills)
