<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">The Channels Manager is responsible for:

  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Strategic plan to develop Mexico distributors
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Manage the day to day of the sales network, with detailed control of funnel in the country
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Plans daily activities including customer and dealers visits in order to achieve quantitative and qualitative objectives
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Follows the market and competition evolution and transmits information to colleagues
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Identifies need and develop plans in order to gain market share in the territory
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Plans and executes with the Technical Service department demonstrations for existing and potential customers, advises customer with presentations of products and promotional materials.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Participates in sales meetings obtaining information regarding sales objectives, promotional actions, new products and field problems.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Attain budget revenue and Margin for IMG / Digital Radiography solutions portfolio
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Work with tender office to prepare IMG offers to public customers

<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">To be successful in the position, you will need:

  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Biomedical Engineer, System or Electronic Engineer, Business Administration, etc.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">5 years of experience in Technology Sales.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Optional 3 years in distributor management
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Optional 2 years in government sales
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Ideal experience in the health sector, although not essential
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Advanced English
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Office Word and excel advanced
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Experience in SAP ERP.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Competencies: Negotiations, Teamwork, Business Sense, Planning and Execution, Excellent Relations with Customers, Proactive, Creative, Outgoing, managing distributors (ascertainable)
