Role Objectives

To communicate and process orders on a daily basis so all customer needs are met.

This includes working daily with the warehouse, accounts, purchase ledger, and finance. Close contact with the sales team is essential.

Main Contacts

Internal – Sales Team, Warehouse Team, Credit Control           

External – Customers, Couriers, Suppliers       

Job Duties & Accountabilities

  • Ensure our customer service meets customer’s expectations and obligations
  • Processing orders
  • Uploading customer prices
  • Dealing with customer queries
  • Work towards monthly targets and deadlines
  • Communicating courteously with customers
  • Dealing with 3rd party carrier queries
  • General office duties

  • Good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Can work under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to coordinate
  • Microsoft Office & Excel
  • Team Player
  • Experience of customer service and learning new systems in order to become a key member of the team.
