Director of Marketing for our North American DR Business. This role is responsible for the overall sales, service, operations and profitability of the DR business.  The role requires close collaboration and communication across the organizational matrix to align initiatives and drive the overall success of the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of product marketers, solution architects and presales consultants.
  • Collaborate with the senior leadership team across the business to explore new market opportunities, and assess their size and attractiveness utilizing market segmentation and targeting
  • Collect insight from prospects, customers, partners, sales executives, and industry analysts to inform the innovation process
  • Deliver market strategy and analysis that informs the business regarding both software and service trends
  • Manage the North American DR organization responsible for DR Solutions.
  • Drive overall IMG business results through sales channels. Dealer channel with direct line responsibility and Direct sale with indirect line responsibility
  • Responsible for planning and directing the operations to ensure performance, productivity and profitability.
  • Develops, reviews, updates and implements business strategic planning , including sales and financial performance
  • Drives business growth objectives
  • Oversees key projects, processes and performance reports
  • Oversees Regional Product Marketing & Product Management for DR
  • Drives Allocation of resources to Optimize Operations

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • MBA strongly preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in product marketing or solutions marketing
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience leading a team of marketers
  • Previous healthcare industry experience preferred. 
  • Previous experience marketing enterprise software and/or services preferred.
  • Thorough understanding of market segmentation
  • Proven track record of developing/leading go to market strategy development and execution
  • Ability to build and manage a high-performing team.
  • Travel up to 50%
  • Demonstrated coaching and team-building skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, including public-speaking skills.
  • Strong organizational skills & ability to meet deadlines.
