We are looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to join our Supply Chain Team. You will be reasonable for forecasting process consolidating and updating in a monthly basis the commercial data on SAP PP6 / PP0. For that need to be close to sales rep. Help them understand the opportunities they have to move them to SAP. Also need to attend the Forecast meetings with HQ. Foreign Trade: Place the Purchase orders, tracking and document the customs process when orders arriving, responsible for do the costing and the entry to stock.

What You'll Do:
- Prepares the forecast file including transit, sales and stock.
- Participates in forecast monthly meeting obtaining information regarding sales, new customers, special project, requirements, needs, etc.
- To follow up the Purchase Orders to attend estimated demand.
- Maintenances APO data updated with Forecast by customer and reference.
- Prepares Pre- S file in a monthly basis assuring info corresponds to APO data.
- Participates in Pre S Meeting to check the sales expectation.
- Manages materials for Argentina´s Plant.
- Generates alerts regarding possible overstock and break stock.
- Manages import process, including receiving all import documents, preparing folders and its follow up to have goods available at warehouse.
- Provides information to customs broker. Prepares import declarations for kits or equipment with multiple components.
- Request and follow up on ANMAT process with the ANMAT manager.
- Prepares cash flow and request necessary funds, providing information to the finance department.
- Monitors arrivals and update ETA in SAP inbound, maintaining records.
- Keeps digital records of all import and export information according to customs requirements.
- Follows up on indent orders.
- Creates return orders for spare parts for headquarters (exports)
- Participates in import follow-up meetings and provides information to OPS CCC and Sales departments.
- Receives and posts import expense invoices in MIRO.
- Prepares export quotations, necessary documents and bookings.
- Keeps communication with the warehouse, provides information for them, and enter goods in our SAP system.
- Verifies the creation of SKUs codes in SAP for new incoming products.
Who You Are:
- Degree: Industrial Engineer, Business Administration, Logistics, Foreign Trade etc
- 2 years in a corporate environment within Logistics and / or foreign trade.
- Languages: Spanish and English
- IT-knowledge: Windows, ERP (SAP).
- Teamwork, Business Sense, Planning and Execution, Proactive, Teamwork, customer centricity.
