We are looking for an Advanced Imaging Consultant for Digital Radiography to join our headquarters applications and product team. The ideal location is Greenville SC, Georgia or North Carolina or surrounding areas.

 

Responsibilities:

  • The Advanced Imaging Consultant - supports headquarters with the introduction of new products and technology enhancements.
  • Represent the end-user (radiologist, medical physicist, technologist) in product specification development.
  • Provide advanced technical and clinical support for applications and sales teams.
  • Responsible for overall (clinical) validation activities (definition, tests and documentation) including workflow and usability tests.
  • Maintain technical and clinical relationships with key strategic accounts.
  • Provide assistance with customer testimonials, white papers and scientific publications.
  • Develop product and application training modules.
  • Coordinate basic applications and clinical research for future products and solutions.
  • Technical / applications representative at key professional and regulatory organizations.
  • Technical / applications representative at exhibitions and trade shows.
  • Benchmark of competitive products.
  • Provide assessments and interpretations of international standards and regulations.

 

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Science or related field.
  • Master Degree in Science or related field would be an asset.

 

Experience:

  • Experience – minimum 5 years in a technical, applications or management position  
  • Broad knowledge and experience in healthcare, diagnostic imaging and regulations is strongly recommended.
  • Excellent written and presentation skills.
  • Technical publication experience.
  • Team player who can foster cross-functional teamwork.
  • Customer and quality oriented.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel
  • Familiarity with statistics and data analysis tools is a plus.
  • Fluent in English, others (e.g. Spanish or Portuguese) are an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel (up to 50%) some international.
