ServiceNow Business Process and Software Analyst (m/w/d)

JOB DUTIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Drive and support the implementation and improvement of the current Service Now Field Service Management application.
• Support the global roll-out.
• Support and advise management in decision making.
• Elaborate and implement appropriate solutions and processes according to the global guidelines.
• Adapt regional processes to global guidelines in close cooperation with the regional service management and bring improvements for process and tool improvements to the table.
• Provide technical and procedural support to the regions.
• Provide training and technical and procedural documentation for the roll-out.
• Support other tools use in the global Service Organization in terms of interaction to the main Service Now Application.

PROFILE DESCRIPTION:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science.
• ServiceNow Administrator certificate.
• Several years of hands-on development and design experience in a java project with significant size and complexity.
• Education and experience in Service Now project implementation and administration.
• Technical knowledge in Service Now, mobile app and database structure.
• Project Management and Project control for global roll-out of the Software Applications.
• Preferably, you have experience with desktop applications.
• A solid understanding of Oracle & SQL.
• Experience to work in international teams in close coordination with internal and external IT service provider.
• English - very good verbal and written communication and knowledge.
