Service Manager Europe RSN/APP/PM/IMP

 

The position of the Service Manager Europe RSN/APP/PM/IMP offers a broad range of steering and optimizing the processes in European Service on Regional Support Network and also on DR Project Management as well on Application activities.

Beside driving the DACH team for Application and the Project Managers operationally, the standardization on European level will be in the focus.

 

Your tasks involve:

 

  • Budget planning for RSN EU (Regional Support Network Europe) team (located in Germany/Duesseldorf) and the DACH Application team (located in Germany) as well for the Project Management Team (located in Germany) in close alignment with the Service Support Manager DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
  • P&L achievement, including cost and margin performance as defined
  • KPI monitoring and improvement push
  • Managing the RSN and Implementation activities of the teams towards, timing, completeness and quality
  • Looking for growing the business by screening the processes and potential IT systems for finding chances to sell our services in a broader and more efficient manor
  • People management on target setting, performance results and future improvements
  • Elaboration state of the art processes for RSN, Application, Project Management and Installation of new DR systems (Direct Radiography)
  • Steering all internal and external audits in cooperation with QARA and the involved departments to a successful result
  • Solution finding for the customer issues and product problems by aligning the resources and specialists in a successful manor also including the ESSC and country specific persons
  • Close cooperation within the HQ Service network on Global level and other regions in the world
  • Being part of the European Service Team and exchanging experience, knowledge and proposals for business growth
  • Capable and willing to travel mainly in Europe and if necessary, worldwide

 

 

You should bring along the following qualifications:

 

  • Technical education in the health area as well in the technical area
  • University degree in a technical or health discipline
  • Some years of experience in Service operations
  • Experience in managing teams locally and remotely
  • Successful execution of multinational projects
  • Ability to handle different cultures to achieve defined targets as a team
  • Willingness on travelling in DACH region and Europe
  • Having an innovative and progressive mindset to turn current processes
  • Knowledge of best practices in Services
