Job overview:

Manage the SA/Middle East local customer operations activities. Customer operations manages the local replenishment processes, the inventory, the orders, the distribution and the back office service activities. The Customer operations manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company’s customer service department. You manage a team of customer service representatives and work to ensure that these individuals are providing quality service to customers.


Office location: Isando


Main responsibilities:

  • Manage the local customer operations activities with the local team
  • Work closely with the local management team to support the local objectives
  • Coordinate the local logistics and import activities with the logistics service provider
  • Manage the order flow from customer order to invoicing
  • Manage the local inventories within the agreed targets
  • Manage the local customer operations costs within the agreed targets
  • Organise the service desk (call handling, service quoting, service invoicing)
