Agfa HealthCare Nordic is looking for an Application Specialist. This is the perfect position for you if you are interested in working with both healthcare and IT together.

This position
As Application Specialist you work with our state-of-the-art portfolio of imaging and healthcare solutions PACS and RIS. You will primarily work in radiology and clinical physiology, but also other areas of healthcare may be considered to work in. You will be a part of our Nordic application team and most of the time work at customer site together with super-users and system administrators. You will be an important team member in small and large implementation projects, where you work in teams or independently, depending on the size of the project. Tasks will be e.g.: process analysis, training, configuration, testing, sales demonstrations, troubleshooting and customer support. 

Your experience and relevant skills
Your background is in the healthcare area and you have worked as a radiographer, biomedical engineer or have other relevant healthcare education and/or background. It is a big advantage if you worked within radiology. It is also a plus if you have experience as super-user, system administrator or quality responsible. Further education in IT is an advantage. You are familiar with the healthcare area from within, this is important to us; it enables you to understand the customer needs and to find the best solutions.  Commitment to technology and digitization processes is important and a good, general IT knowledge is required. You are naturally service-oriented, self-motivated and structured in your approach. You are independent but enjoy working with people and in a teams. You are motivated by and enjoy to work with customers.

This role requires fluent Swedish oral and written and also very good skills in English, oral and written.
If you speak another Scandinavian language it is an advantage since we are working in a Nordic organization.

Location You live in Gothenburg, Stockholm or surrounding area. You are willing to travel to customers in other parts of Sweden and also to other countries in the Nordics if needed.
