Enterprise Imaging Radiology Marketing Director

The Enterprise Imaging Radiology Marketing Director is responsible for all downstream marketing and sales enablement to achieve the AGFA strategic, business, customer satisfaction & success goals in North America for our Radiology IT portfolio

 

The Director is also responsible to steer the relevant upstream activities related to market segmentation, competitive play, and related market requirements. This encompasses managing our NA Advisory Board for Radiology as well as other consultative sources on challenges, needs and requirements.

 

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:

 

  • Grow the NA Radiology business by developing, driving, monitoring and leading sales and marketing programs and tactics for upgrading existing accounts, capturing net new clients and upselling and cross selling opportunities that achieve regional order intake, revenue and profitability goals
  • Develop and maintain appropriate segmentation of the market and how to approach based on challenges, needs, requirements and, AH value proposition and differentiation, and competitive play.
  • Assess business success parameters in terms of wins/losses, funnel volume, velocity and sales performance as well as order intake and revenue generation as well as margin, and adjust sales and marketing actions plan
  • Develop and drive sales enablement in a strategic, ongoing process that equips sales with the ability to consistently have valuable conversations, toolkits, and unique value propositions with the right set of customer stakeholders at each stage of the customer’s journey
  • Coordinate, maintain and communicate regional market requirements for Radiology IT solutions and services to keep AGFA’s solutions at the forefront of Enterprise Imaging 
  • Manage and own the regional Demonstration Program by maintaining the North American demo master build, coordination software and hardware needs for onsite and trade show demonstrations.   Manage a technical resource for this program.
  • Be a visible and active member of the Radiology IT customer community through thought leadership papers and blogs, speaking at major trade shows, activity on social media, etc
  • Help develop market and customer advocacy and support customer engagement, and improve customer satisfaction and improve KLAS ranking in radiology.
  • Oversee new solution launch including the localization of packaging & pricing
  • Oversee NA Advisory Board. Plus, US and Canadian User Groups

 

Education:

 

  • RT Certification or four-year degree with clinical and industry experience in Radiology is required.
  • An MBA degree is preferred.

 

Experience:

 

  • Minimum of 5 years in the Imaging IT industry
  • Thorough understanding of the clinical objectives of a diagnostician required
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, required
  • Strong, dynamic interpersonal presentation skills required
