IT on-site Engineer ( PACS - RIS - VNA )

IT On-site Engineer - Madrid

Agfa Healthcare is currently looking for an IT ON-site Engineer, based in Madrid, who will be in charge of dedicated on-site support for Clients/Contracts that require continuous support,. As the first point-of-contact of Agfa on-site, the role must deliver consistent, professional , customer focused.

As IT ON-site Engineer you are responsible for:

· To fill the proper installation docs accordingly, to manage equipment in the most proper way (Service Now, reporting, acceptance test)

·

· To identify and communicate risks analysis and problems

· To cooperate with the R&D to solve problems and make a proper risk analysis

To collaborate with Agfa 2nd level support in order to solve complaints within the assigned site

What you bring to the table:

· Degree in IT or equivalent

· At least 1 year of professional experience in managing complex customers and hospital workflow

· Oracle DBA or expert in Oracle database could be a plus.

· Good knowledge of IT network and domain.

· Experience with Windows Server, Oracle (database), Linux / Unix , SQL , Scripting, DNS server.

· Solid communications skills (oral/written) to interact effectively and professionally with both internal and external customers

· Knowledge of healthcare standards: HL7, DICOM, FHIR, Mirth is a plus

· Customer focus attitude and problem-solving skills

· Good language skills in Spanish and English, both written and verbally
