We are currently looking for a Programme Manager, who will manage/lead a team of Project Managers / Technical Implementation Specialists to ensure delivery of all our customer project’s in a timely and cost-effective manner, by effective project scoping, budgeting and planning.

Our Programme Manager is responsible to continually assess and improve upon present deployment framework, based on work packages.    



As a Programme Manager you are responsible for: 


  • Manage Project team comprising of Region North Project Managers and Technical Implementations Specialists (10+ FTE’s).
  • Set-up and monitor programme portfolio, including budget, risk and issue management, stakeholder management.
  • Continually assess and improve upon present deployment framework
  • Stream line and own handover from Sales to Deployment Teams
  • Execute the hand-over to support process
  • Responsible of Project / Programme governance with the help of the PMO function
  • Monitor, steer and control projects (time, budget, quality)
  • Ensure Annual UK/Ire Budget / Targets are reached
  • Ad hoc Project Management where required
  • Host Monthly Program updates towards Senior Europe North Management 
  • Perform project escalation management
  • Accountability for the Project Manager’s effective utilisation of project resources, planning of resources and milestones
  • Accountability for the Project Manager’s achievement of customer acceptance for projects




What you bring to the table

  • Graduate degree in Business Economics, IT, Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • Certified Prince 2 (Practitioner)
  • Experience in implementing projects within healthcare ecosphere within one or more countries within region North (EIRE, UK, Nordic countries)
  • Experience in delivering large scale clinical information projects, within the UK/Europe
  • Good understanding of technical and IT systems
  • Experience in Corporate and public-sector change management
  • Strong inter-personal skills with ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Experience with people management with an international team is a plus
