Product owner sales & service

For our global IT department we are looking for a Product Owner to organize, prioritize and report on the progress of the Sales and Services product development team.

This encompasses automation of Lead to Cash and After Sales processes powered with the best-in-class technology platforms such as CRM (based on MS Dynamics) and Services Management (based on ServiceNow and/or CRM).

Product Owner responsibilities include gathering feature requests and managing product back log, coordinating sprints, and facilitating product development. To be successful in this role, you should be able to identify user needs and work with cross-functional teams to manage product releases with focus on business value. Ultimately, you’ll help us to implement and roll-out technology products that deliver AGFA’s long term vision.



  • Work with global stakeholders across various functions to manage and deliver Sales & Services software related projects.
  • Perform business analysis. Capture business needs and translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Facilitate solution design, data preparation, go-lives and value capturing.
  • Facilitate sprints progress whilst addressing production issues during sprints
  • Refine our agile methodology based on results and client feedback



  • Master in business engineering or IT
  • Strong business analysis skills
  • Preferably some years of experience in product ownership within software projects.
  • Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle.
  • Hands-on knowledge and application of project management methodologies is a big plus.
  • Familiarity with agile is a plus.
  • You are customer-oriented and result minded
  • You have strong intersocial skills in a global international context.
  • Strong communication Skills and can express yourself fluently in English and Dutch
  • SAP, MS Dynamics CRM, and/or ServiceNow knowledge is required. Knowledge of SFDC is a plus.
