As a Supply Chain Planner within our supply chain department, you are in close contact with the production sites, and you organize the warehouse and distribution activities in an efficient way to improve customer satisfaction.  You provide input for the production proposal plan and contribute to the continuous improvement of the department.

Job

• Managing the global distribution, from the central warehouse to customers and local warehouses
• Managing the central stock of finished goods and finding solutions for overstocks and non-moving stocks
• Monitoring Customer service levels
• Adjusting supply parameters
• Checking forecast versus demand and making corrections where necessary
• Handling returns
• Participating in and organizing product-related meetings
• Providing input to the production planning
• Coordinating the phase in/phase out of products
• Keeping manuals and work instructions up to date

Profile

• You have a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or equivalent through experience
• You are a team player, resistant to stress, eager to learn
• You are flexible and have a can-do mindset
• You can communicate fluently in Dutch and English, both orally and in writing
• You are customer-oriented and diplomatic, you are persuasive
• You have analytical skills and a feeling for figures
• You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Experience with SAP is a plus
