In this role, you will contribute to key C&B projects within our organization, collaborating with HR Business Partners, HR Operations, Service Delivery teams, management, and other business departments. Reporting directly to the Global Head of Reward, you'll play a crucial part in shaping our global C&B strategies.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Ensure the correct implementation of our reward strategy, maintaining compliance with legislation and policies.
  • Develop and implement competitive remuneration packages to attract and retain top talent.
  • Co-manage global processes, including merit reviews and global bonus plans.
  • Manage and optimize employee benefits programs, such as healthcare, insurance, and pension plans.
  • Lead digitalization, automation, and process improvement projects within your area of expertise.
  • Participate in benchmark surveys and analyze the data to inform our C&B strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with operational and regulatory requirements.
  • Support the implementation and discussion of collective bargaining agreements and legislative changes.
  • Translate company policy and analytics into actionable insights and clear reports for senior management.
  • Advise senior leaders and formulate strategic recommendations.
  • Stay updated on the latest developments in your field, focusing on innovation and optimization.

 

Profile

 

  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in Accountancy, Economics, Commercial Engineering, HR Management, or a similar field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in the Compensation & Benefits domain, preferably within an industrial context.
  • Knowledge of (mainly Belgian) pension legislation and pension funds is a plus.
  • Practical and conceptual knowledge at both local and global levels, including payroll and social legislation.
  • Proficiency with systems and tools such as Excel, SAP, Power BI, and SuccessFactors is advantageous.
  • Strong project coordination and implementation experience.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with experience in complex reporting and data analysis, and the ability to turn these into actionable advice and optimizations.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Dutch, with experience advising senior managers.
  • Proactive, service-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
