Service Administrator

Location – Thane City

 

 

This role domain performs contract administration, incl. contract invoicing, related credits progressing and controlling.

Support Service Manager on matters related to Customer service administration, IB & Contract Management.

 

Job summary

As Service Administrator your main responsibilities will be:

 

  • Manage new and existing Service contracts, with customers, ‘back to back’ and third parties
  • Control and report strategic development of the revenue and cost of Service Contracts
  • Report contract renewals and warranty expiry
  • Process invoices and crediting for service contracts
  • Create and maintain service contract documents, incl. templates
  • Be first line contact for all customer queries in regards to contracts
  • Advise customers and relevant service and sales managers of ‘end of life’ equipment
  • Work in conjunction with Service Managers to update service contract pricing
  • Liaise with CCC to keep up to date with current and future Service Contracts or when new equipment is sold
  • To assist Service Desk-CCC in overseeing and drawing up preventive maintenance plans and arrangements for install-base under a preventive maintenance contract or warranty.
  • To be part of the team in assuring that the standards of service and customer support of Agfa Healthcare meets the required company guidelines & processes so that we delight our customers through our service professionalism, capability and our total customer responsiveness.
  • To ensure an updated Customer Database for both communication and Customer Satisfaction Survey purposes

 

 

 

Profile

 

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in commerce or economics with relevant experience.
  • 3 to 5 years of administration related experience, preferably in Medical Equipment Service Business.
  • Excellent communication & coordination skills.
  • Fluency in reading, writing and speaking English. Knowledge of any other language would be added advantage.
  • Computer literate with basic understanding of Windows 10, MS Office, especially MS Access, SAP (ERP) & Service Management Software.
  • Pleasant, Positive minded, Committed, Responsible, Good Team Player & Motivated
  • Knowledgeable in working with SAP, After Sales Service Management system (Service Now) & Reporting Module.
  • Knowledge and experience in service, commercials & logistics process
  • Fast learner & able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
