<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">The Radiology Sales Manager Brazil is responsible for:

  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Delivering sales performance in Brazil. Accountable for meeting sales targets (sales turnover, price realization, margins, quarter on quarter growth).
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Coaching the local sales organization.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Identifying and developing new business opportunities and building strong Long Term Customer Relationship focusing on understanding and fulfilling customer needs.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Ensuring adequate market visibility through management of different Sales Channels (direct and indirect) – multi channel / multi business needs (FPS/CR/DR).
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Managing the tender office to drive performance in the Public Sector.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Driving performance through funnel management, must-win-deal management, order intake & revenue forecasting.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Tracking and reporting key performance indicators, analyzing deviations and initiating corrective actions. (direct/indirect sales activities).
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Ensuring conformance of sales teams and sales employees to established practices, processes and tools for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Contributing to the business planning processes by providing information about business opportunities in the country.

<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">To be successful in the position, you will need:

<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"> 

  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Healthcare sector experience, understanding of the Brazilian Healthcare market and local customers.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Experience in Sales Management (direct/indirect – performance management – CRM daily management & sales dashboards – channel management design & operations).
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Understanding of segmentation, application, collaboration with marketing & customer services, financing tools.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Marketing, Engineer, Business Administration or other background studies.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Native in either Portuguese and fluent in English.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Leadership and collaboration skills, team player, growth mindset and someone that likes to be a hands-on profile.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Assertive communication & strong negotiation skills.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Availability for frequent travels (60%)
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Location of the position: São Paulo/Brazil.

  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Key Account Management - Documented Key Account Plan per year, containing yearly objectives per customer
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Solution Sales – Formulation of value added service proposals, under coaching of Regional Sales Leader.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Performance Management - Runs business based on dashboards, systematically approaches problems, takes actions and engages team accordingly
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Channel Management - Strategically develops channels, reviews channels yearly to assess fit to the DR business
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Commercial Innovation - Captures new opportunities and connects with HQ solution designers to defend opportunities and discuss to what extent these opportunities can be materialized
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">People Management – Ensures the teams are highly motivated in a competitive market
