This position ensures the liaison between the countries Head of Sales and the product centres in Headquarter, by communicating the needs from the countries customers as well as selling the solutions presented by Headquarter. The Head of Business is responsible for managing the local solutions portfolio, provides input in the roadmap and develops skills in the organization concurrently with the product portfolio and the need of the market. Supports the sales process and manages customer expectations.

 

 

Main responsibilities

 

  • Delivering sales performance in all (sub-)regions. Accountable for meeting sales targets (sales turnover, price realization, margins, quarter on quarter growth).
  • Coaching the regional sales organization in all (sub-)regions. Guides & coordinates day to day execution in regional sales, marketing, services, customer operations, credit & collections.
  • Identifies and develops new business opportunities and builds strong Long term Customer Relations focusing on understanding and fulfilling customer needs.
  • Drives performance. Ensures funnel management, must-win-deal management, order intake & revenue forecasting. Tracks and reports key performance indicators – analyses deviations -- initiates and manages corrective actions. (direct/indirect sales activities).
  • Member of the regional management committee under leadership of the regional president. Represents Radiology Solutions.
  • Coordinates the sales performance reporting to the global business division.
  • Ensures conformance of sales teams and sales employees to established practices, processes and tools for improved efficiency and effectiveness. Works within global strategies, policies, processes and tools frameworks.
  • Together with the regional marketing manager, owns the business planning processes by sub region in Latin America towards the regional leadership and towards HQ.
  • Ensures proper training of sales staff, in coordination with regional marketing and global training functions.

 

To be successful in the position, you will need:

 

  1. Healthcare sector experience, understanding of the Latin American Healthcare market.
  2. Experience in Sales Management, preferably regional (direct/indirect – performance management – CRM daily management & sales dashboards – channel management design & operations).
  3. Experience in Large project/solution sales, nationwide/regional initiatives & projects.
  4. Pricing methodologies knowledge/experience.
  5. Digital marketing knowledge/experience.
  6. Leadership and collaboration skills, team player, growth mindset and someone that likes to be a hands-on profile.
  7. Assertive communication & strong negotiation skills.
  8. Advanced business analytical skills, high level of self-organization & planning, strong presentation skills.
  9. Native in either Portuguese or Spanish and fluent in English.
