JOB OBJECTIVE
Dedicated salesperson responsible for the sale of Agfa InkJet solutions in Czech, Slovakia & Poland
Field service activity, which, if necessary, also includes multi-day assignments with overnight stays.
New customer acquisition and existing customer care.

JOB DUTIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES
Customers:
- New customer acquisition
- Direct contact person
- Measures to meet the agreed budget
- Preparation of reports and sales forecasts, according to sales management specifications
- Keeping the promised agreements and concessions
- Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions
- Sales activities at trade fairs and exhibitions
- Processing of complaints
CRM / MS Dynamics:
- Constant updating of customer data
- Develop, record and forward competitor information to marketing and sales managers
Projects:
- Close coordination of ongoing projects with project managers up to the acceptance protocol
- Price responsibility: Achieving the highest possible market price
Time Management:
- Sales and travel planning in the specified zip code area
- Appointment scheduling in CRM
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Business / sales graduate
- Communication: maintenance of modern communication tools
EXPERIENCE
Sales experience
SPECIFIC SKILLS
- Several years of professional experience in the graphic arts industry and/or sales, experience in sales management desirable
- Confident appearance, initiative and willingness to take responsibility
- Creativity in the development of new strategies for the sales area
- Structured, holistic and team-oriented way of working
- You are a team player, open to new things and are characterized by a solution-oriented and independent way of working
- You are customer-oriented and see yourself as an internal service provider
- Fluent in Czech and good written and spoken English skills
