Transformation and Strategy Analyst

You will play a key role in executing our strategic 'building blocks' including strategy development, commercial excellence, and process re-engineering. Your work will help to transform radiology by bringing intelligent and definitive answers to patients.

Responsibilities

• Operationalize business directives by balancing strategic insights with a practical approach
• Take a leading role in internal projects (e.g. strategy development (e.g. G2M, software, evaluate product portfolio, product analytics and analysis, commercial processes and policies, market intelligence, and more)
• Report to and receive direct coaching from the Global Head of Transformation & Analytics
• Work both independently and collaboratively, create and participate in small project teams
• Foster collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure their support in achieving project successes
• Support regional teams to drive success
• Use non-linear thinking (e.g. design thinking) to redefine problems and create innovative solutions

Profile

• Master’s degree in strategy or related field (e.g. Business Administration, Management, …)
• 3+ years of experience in transformation management roles or management/strategic consulting
• Excellent proficiency in English, with additional languages as an asset
• Adopt a structured approach that breaks down complex problems into simple issues
• Knowledge of a wide spectrum of strategic, commercial, service and financial methodologies
• Thrive in managing multiple complex projects
• Open to travel globally up to 20% depending on active projects
