The Digital Print and Chemicals division of Agfa, supplies sign & display printing companies with a range of highly productive and versatile wide-format inkjet printers and dedicated inks, in addition to workflow software, cutting machines and inkjet media. The division develops high-performance inkjet inks & fluids for various industrial inkjet printing systems and applications, enabling industrial manufacturers to integrate print into their existing production processes.

 

In addition the division targets promising growth markets with innovative solutions, such as conductive polymers, materials for the production of high-security ID documents, membranes for hydrogen production (ZIRFON) and synthetic papers.


 

As a Financial Business analyst, you will work closely with the business and stakeholders and contribute to understanding the financials to drive the company’s growth, top- and bottom-line.

 

You will add value to our company by delivering clear insights and reports to all different levels of the organization, with the main goal of making the business more profitable.  By performing in-depth analysis and translating your findings to our stakeholders, you will take the business to the next level.

 

 

Tasks:

 

  • Define adequate reports that support the business analysis and deliver business reports for monthly, quarterly, and yearly performance of specific financial KPIs
  • Provide necessary in-depth analysis on these KPI’s, based on available data
  • Perform ad hoc in-depth analysis related to business topics, supporting decision making for future business potential
  • Create dashboards based on your analyses
  • Assist in the quarterly -Financial forecasting process
  • Co-own the entire yearly budget planning process, including master data, uploads, reporting, cost center budget, etc.
  • Contribute to the creation of the strategic 5-year business plan, where you will use your analytical skills to help shaping the company's future

 

What are we looking for?

 

  • You have a master’s degree in finance
  • You have 5 years of experience in a finance business environment
  • You have a more than general interest in data, figures, excel, financial modelling and linking the numbers with information gathered out of discussions with colleagues
  • You are willing to go the extra mile, to be prepared for the future
  • You are fluent in English
  • You are eager to learn, and you are open-minded and resilient
  • You are result driven and service minded
