The Tender Office Assistant is responsible for:

  • Compliance documentation for tenders and support official letters
  • Daily search of tenders in the country government portals
  • Registry of history on tenders in the country and future tenders to come in the year
  • Preparation of direct participation in tenders for direct sales
  • Prepare the “no registro” procedure with Mexican authorities


To be successful in the position, you will need:

  • Education Degree: Business Administration or similar
  • Previous experience in Tenders and knowledge about Governmental procedures for Tender.
  • Languages: Spanish and English
  • IT-knowledge: Windows, CRM’s, Lotus Notes/Outlook.
  • Core competences: Organization, Teamwork, Tenders, Back office routine, Planning and Execution, Proactive.
  • This position will be based in Mexico City
