Project Manager Inkjet Equipment

As a Project Manager Inkjet Equipment you are responsible for coordination of the full project. I.e. from the early concept till the release to sales. You will therefore have a multi-disciplinary responsibility (R&D, Application, Service, Operations, Marketing) and will be supported by a Core Team with members of these disciplines. You will operate in an international environment with links to both internal and external partners. 


Your responsibilities
•    You will coordinate your assigned project according to the internal governance guidelines
•    You will generate a project request containing:

       o    The Sales and Marketing Requirements
       o    Functional Requirements (application)
       o    Your budget (Opex & Capex) and business plan
       o    The initial project planning
•    You will present your project request to the PLT meeting and reports a monthly project status report
•    You act as the chairman of the Core Team meeting where you coordinate and follow up all multi-disciplinary tasks in detail
•    During the project you meticulously coordinate and control the planning, budget, cost monitor, and all other aspects of the project. 
•    You will ensure that all documents and standards are compliant with the ISO9000 standards, and that the deliverables are according to the required regulatory standards (CE, NTRL, FCC, IEC, Rohs,…)
•    Being also a member of the R&D team equipment, you will guide and follow up the design of the equipment in all its aspects, supported by multi-disciplinary design team (mechanics, electronics, software, process). You align with the disciplinary managers regarding the available resources and project progress.
•    You will coordinate the collaboration with external partners
•    You will align with operations and purchasing with respect to the supply chain and assembly of the prototypes and series production
•    You organize a field test at several selected customers, taking care of follow up and correction
•    Together with the marketing team you make sure that the product is successfully launched into the market


Your profile
•    Master of Science degree, preferable in engineering
•    Experience in project management
•    High sense of accountability and result driven
•    Excellent communication and people management skills
•    Enthousiast, self-reflective and resilient
•    Technology driven with analytical skills 
•    Sense for structure, organization and quality
•    Fluent in the English language, orally and in writing
