Global Sales manager Interiojet

Agfa is quickly expanding its assortment for the fast-growing market of industrial inkjet printing with the development of inkjet solutions for specific applications (flooring, leather printing), as well as being a market leader in highly productive and versatile wide-format inkjet printers for the Sign & Display market. 

 

In the flooring and furniture market, Agfa offers The InterioJet family of printers. The Interiojet is a multi-pass, water-based inkjet system for printing on decor paper used for interior decoration, such as laminate floors and furniture. Boosting a fast start-up as well as brilliant and consistent finishing quality, it offers suppliers of laminated surfaces the highest degree of designer freedom and enables them to deliver just-in-time, customized interior decoration.

 

The InterioJet will accelerate the transformation from analog to digital printing in the laminated surface market. This water-based inkjet printing system is the ideal cost-efficient solution for short and medium production runs. Its combination of a speedy start-up and a high degree of versatility, enables suppliers of laminated surfaces to meet the interior decoration market’s demand for just-in-time delivery and for customized designs – and thus to gain additional business.

In order to further expand our growth in inkjet technology for the flooring and furniture industry, we are looking for a Global Sales Manager Interiojet.

This position will coordinate and follow up on all global sales activities as well as managing key accounts in the industry. 

 

As a Global Sales Manager Interiojet, you are responsible for:


•    Managing the worldwide sales funnel for all Interiojet products
•    Assisting and helping local sales people to deliver the sales
•    Management of large key accounts 
•    Actively looking for new customers and closing direct sales yourself
•    Registering all sales activity in CRM and reporting back to the business segment manager of interiojet
•    Define sales strategies & plans to reach the targeted sales budget
•    Work-out & calculate attractive & profitable pricing models
•    Meets marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
•    Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor’s share, and competitor’s strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.
•    Generate & work-out necessary sales & customer communication tools
•    Report back on market trends & customer experiences to the business segment manager
•    Collaborate in defining the product development roadmap
•    Making sure your project is active & visible on social media


Profile


•    You have a Bachelor or Master degree in marketing and/or commercial field with a specific interest in inkjet and sufficient technical skills to understand the technology 
•    You have a Bachelor or Master degree in a technical direction with a specific interest in inkjet and sufficient commercial experience 
•    You have proven sales experience in capital equipment
•    You are familiar with various marketing techniques like the value proposition & business model canvas, online lead generation, MQL/SQL, STP,…
•    You have strong communication, presentation & reporting skills
•    You have excellent knowledge of MS office: Excel, Word, Powerpoint
•    You are social media ‘savvy’ & you know how to build an online community
•    You are fluent in English, French, German and Dutch
•    You are willing to travel (30%)
