Agfa is looking for a Key Account Manager for Chile

This position provides day-to-day Sales delivery to Agfa customers and the Agfa organization. The Key Account Manager acts as single point of contact to customers for Agfa products & services and is responsible for identifying opportunities, creating an account strategy, coordinating and controlling the sales process, managing customer expectations and negotiating contracts. Cultivating relationships (making, creating and establishing) is essential. 

 

Main Responsabilities

  • Plans daily activities including customer visits in order to achieve quantitative and qualitative objectives.
  • Identifies needs and develop plans in order to gain market share in the territory.
  • Plans and executes with the Technical Service department demonstrations for existing and potential customers and dealers, advises customers with presentations of products and promotional materials.
  • Follows the market and competition evolution and transmits information to colleagues.
  • Follows the invoicing procedure and monitors the daily operation.
  • Participates in sales meetings obtaining information regarding sales objectives, promotional actions, new products and field problems.
  • Support all the Administrative Activities relater with the Order Generation Process, improve the Funnel and Order Intake actualization, use the Company Tools: Sales one and SOFON.

 

What we are looking for:

  • Related deep industry experience (system or electronic engineer or Business Administration) with minimum of 3 years sales experience;
  • Good technical knowledge in XRay
  • Strong sales approach;
  • High level of self-organization & planning;
  • Interpersonal skills;
  • Strong team player;
  • Self-motivated;
  • Excellent communication (oral/written) and presentation skills in English;
