The Employee Readiness Specialist will focus on the following key concepts and principles:


  • Staff Development & Preparedness
  • Improved & increased accessibility to educational & coaching opportunities for our Client Services organization.


This is a remote position and can be based anywhere in the US


Main Responsibilities: 



  • Expert knowledge of all Client Services processes, tools, SLA’s, standard operating procedures, goals and metrics
  • Responsible for new employee on-boarding specific to Client Services tools, processes and accountabilities
  • Conducts gap analyses of individual & team skills, knowledge & compliance to required performance levels
  • Creates programs such as mentoring, shadowing & recorded trainings based on gaps and works with managers to incorporate into employee development plans
  • Assists Client Services leadership in assessing individual & team performance through monitoring and analysis of metrics, trends, etc.
  • Facilitates/aids in team education re: product releases & updates, new versions, product schedule, etc.
  • Acts as mentor/coach for new employees and existing staff as appropriate
  • Takes lead role in evaluating, adopting and/or developing certification programs that may be leveraged, both internally developed (i.e. product certification, workflow best practices, etc.) and external (i.e. SCP)
  • Travel (10- 25% depending on need)




  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare IT related field or equivalent combination of training, education, and experience.




  • 5+ years Healthcare Experience (preferably in Healthcare IT Customer Service/Support/Implementation)




  • Build and deliver training content
  • Organized
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to summarize, ability to explain technical content to all audiences.
